Returns and complaints

Returns
You can return purchased products within 14 days of receiving the package. To do this, contact us via email or phone to arrange the details of the return.

Return all or only selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to return items.

Provide shipment details
Check the information “pulled” from your order and fill in any missing details, such as the shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.

Pack and send the package
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier.

Remember to include a statement of withdrawal from the contract in the package.
The statement of withdrawal can also be sent to this email address: contact@myhoya.shop.
The date of sending the email with the statement or the date of shipping the return package determines compliance with the 14-day return deadline. Returned goods must be complete. If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to send it back to you at your expense.

Refunds for returned items will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The refund method depends on the payment method used when placing the order. If the order was paid via instant transfer, the refund will be made in the same way. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer bears the costs of returning goods. If the order was paid for but not collected, we will refund the value of the order minus the cost of return shipping.


Complaints

If the product you purchased is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we are happy to assist you in resolving the issue. Below is the complaint procedure:

  2. Describe the problem in detail and provide any relevant information and documents, such as the order number.
  3. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and provide further instructions for the complaint process.
  4. If the complaint is accepted, we will aim to resolve the issue in the most beneficial way for you. This may include replacing the product with a new one, repairing it, providing a refund, or another form of compensation.
